The Americans

Third edition of the photographer's most famous book. Originally published in 1959, then again in 1969, this edition has all of the 83 original photographs in their original sequence, with the introduction by Jack Kerouac. The dust jacket is wrapped in new Brodart and is only marred by the faint residue from a sticker at the bottom of the spine. The book is ex-library with markings to both front and back end pages and permanent marker to the top and bottom edge of the text block. From the title pages forward, the book is clean and unmarked. The black cloth has only the faintest shadow of tape residue. 11 1/2" x 9 1/2" 179 pages.
